What's the process?
- Consultation call. We go over what your business currently has and what you need as well as the features that would be beneficial.
- You accept the proposal and pay to start the setup phase.
- The custom setup phase takes approximately 2 weeks. Your feedback is needed to ensure it works for your business.
- Your custom system is live and you can start using it. Don’t worry you will have access to support.
- If at any time you want to add additional resources you can hire the team to build out those resources for you. Or set them up yourself.
What's the pricing?
Phase 1: A custom built setup on OpsAmpd starts at $1,500 and goes up depending on the features and customizations for your business. The amount of data to be transferred may increase the setup fee.

What is required? Are there additional fees?
Requirements to setup the system with your business vary upon the functions you use. These are required by all businesses:
- A credit card on file is required.
- Each account setup requires access to your domain account or DNS settings.
Additional fees:
Depending on your usage, these fees are minimal.
- To use text and phone features a phone number will be secured with additional fees for setup and usage.
- Sending email and text messages are charged separately.
- AI automation has additional usage fees.
